Do you schedule appointments?

Yes. We schedule in two-hour time blocks Monday through Friday and Saturday (with exceptions).

What is your service area?

We service all of West Yorkshire

What are your earliest and latest appointments?

Our earliest time block is 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and our latest time block is 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We do make exceptions if needed.

Do you work on older homes?

Yes. We have worked on plenty of historic homes with knob and tube wiring.

Do you guarantee work?

Yes. We have a written 100-percent satisfaction guarantee and warranty on all of our work. We leave a copy of these with you so you can compare them to any other electrical contractor.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. We take all forms of credit cards and we also have an interest-free financing program available (upon approval).

Do you charge by the hour?

No. We use a system based on the Straight Forward Pricing Guide. You will know the cost before any work is performed.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Any employee we put in your home, is licensed to perform electrical work by himself. The company has all appropriate insurances and licenses to perform electrical work in your home or business.
