These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by ENERGI. By accepting a quotation or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing
  • All quotations are valid for the period stated within the quote.

  • Prices may vary if additional work is required or unforeseen issues arise.

  • Any additional work will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms
  • Payment terms will be specified within the quotation or invoice.

  • Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe.

  • Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Ensure the work area is clear and safe

  • Inform us of any known hazards or structural issues

  • Ensure relevant permissions or approvals are obtained where required

5. Completion of Work

Customers are advised to inspect all completed work promptly. Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible in line with our complaints procedure.

6. Guarantees and Warranties
  • We aim to complete all work to high professional standards.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and equipment where applicable.

  • Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised alterations.

7. Complaints Procedure

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products. If you are not satisfied:

  • Contact us by phone, email, or post

  • We aim to respond within 7 days

  • Where possible, we will arrange remedial work

If a resolution cannot be reached, complaints may be referred to Ombudsman Services Ltd via Which? Trusted Traders.

8. Liability
  • We hold appropriate public liability insurance.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Liability is limited to the value of the work completed unless otherwise required by law.

9. Cancellation

Customers may cancel services subject to reasonable notice. Cancellation charges may apply if materials have been purchased or work has commenced.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather conditions, supplier delays, or emergencies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
