Ensure the work area is clear and safe
Inform us of any known hazards or structural issues
Ensure relevant permissions or approvals are obtained where required
Customers are advised to inspect all completed work promptly. Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible in line with our complaints procedure.
We aim to complete all work to high professional standards.
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and equipment where applicable.
Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised alterations.
